Scheduled Service Agreements
Nearly all scale and equipment manufacturers recommend periodic calibration and
your quality system certainly requires a schedule for calibration, as well. ACS can help
you control and monitor the frequency of these visits, so that your scale service and
calibration schedules are followed properly.
In many instances, calibration or repair services must be provided at your facility
rather than in our laboratory. Our technicians are fully equipped to provide those
services to match your workload, timetable, or budget needs. Some equipment
calibrations must be done in a clean, controlled environment. Without this controlled
area, we may recommend calibration services in our climate controlled lab or offer a
limited calibration document.
Action Calibration Services Inc. provides calibration and repair services at specified
intervals. To achieve seamless communication and workflow, and at your direction,
we will notify you of upcoming scheduled calibrations to ensure the equipment stays
within usability limits. Notification and documentation request services are provided
at no additional charge via phone, fax or e-mail.
